New Delhi: NTPC Lara inaugurated a Mobile Medical Unit, an Advanced Life Support (ALS) ambulance and a Basic Life Support (BLS) ambulance on 16th October 2023.
This is NTPC's another step towards providing improved and accessible healthcare infrastructure in remote areas.

The ALS ambulance would cater to the patients in critical conditions at Maitree Nagar Township while the BLS ambulance is stationed for the everyday needs of the people working in the plant area.

Shri Diwakar Kaushik, ED (Lara) flagged off these beneficial facilities and witnessed the integration of a Digital X-ray machine at Stabilization Centre in the presence of other senior officials of NTPC Lara.
