New Delhi: NTPC Ltd has been conferred with the ET PSU Leadership & Excellence Awards’24 under the category “Environmental Sustainability Through Technology” by The Economics Times on 21st June’2024 at New Delhi. The award was presented by Dr. Jitendra Singh-Union Minister of State (Independent Charge) Science & Technology, MoS PMO, PP/DPOT, Atomic Energy, Govt. of India.

The case study submitted by NTPC Ltd.’s Internal Audit Department on their effort for a paperless Financial Audit Module in project PRADIP has been selected under Environment Sustainability Through Technology.

Winning of award under this category has strengthen our commitment for environment sustainability by adopting green initiatives as it saves a lot of paper resulting in a considerable reduction in carbon footprint due to paperless working environment for reporting and associated activities. The Director Finance NTPC, Sh. Jaikumar Srinivasan congratulated Internal Audit Department for this achievement.
