In a significant step towards strengthening educational opportunities for naval families, the Navy Welfare and Wellness Association (NWWA) has signed a first-of-its-kind Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Resonance Eduventures, a leading coaching institute based in Kota.

The agreement was formalized on March 6, 2026, aiming to support the academic aspirations of children from the naval community by providing substantial concessions in coaching programmes for competitive examinations.


Key Officials Present at the Signing Ceremony

The MoU was signed in the presence of several prominent dignitaries, including:

  • Shashi Tripathi – President of NWWA

  • S. M. Urooj Athar – Commodore (Naval Education)

  • Shiv Pratap Raghuvanshi – Executive President & Head of Department (Chemistry), Resonance Eduventures

The collaboration reflects a shared commitment to expanding quality educational access for children of naval personnel.


Major Fee Concessions for NEET and JEE Coaching

Under the agreement, wards of naval personnel and their dependents will receive fee concessions ranging from 40% to 100% for coaching programmes preparing students for major national-level exams such as:

  • Joint Entrance Examination (JEE)

  • National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET)

The benefits will extend to children of:

  • Serving naval personnel

  • Retired naval personnel

  • Dependents from Sahara families associated with the naval community.
