OIL and AGCL to form new JV Company; signs agreement
The JVA was signed by Managing Director, AGCL & ED (PLS) OIL in the presence of Hon’ble Chief Minister of Assam Dr Himanta Biswa.
New Delhi: Oil India Limited on April 29, 2023, signed Joint Venture Agreement with Assam Gas Company Limited to form a JV Company.
Talking about the share take, 51% will be on AGCL's hand & 49% is OIL’s share, with a mandate to build local Natural Gas Grids, Setup & run CNG Stations & provide Domestic & Commercial Piped Natural Gas connections in 6 districts each of Assam & Tripura.
