Malaysia: ONGC's Institute of Production Engineering and Ocean Technology (IPEOT) has been recognized with the prestigious international 2023 Asian Oil and Gas Award for their exceptional “Offshore Initiative of the Year" in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, on 8 November 2023.

Through the study titled "De-bottlenecking of FPSO through a novel approach to optimizing the surface facilities of unmanned WHP", IPEOT has been recognized for its groundbreaking work in the offshore industry.
