Parminder Chopra Makes History as First Woman CMD of PFC
Ms Parminder Chopra becomes the first woman to become CMD of India’s largest NBFC, PFC.

New Delhi: The appointment Committee of the Cabinet has approved the appointment of Mrs Parminder Chopra as CMD, of Power Finance Corporation of India.
Presently is presently holding the post of Director (Finance) and an additional charge of Chairman and Managing Director, PFC.

Parminder Chopra has more than 35 years of experience in the power sector, having worked with organizations such as the National Hydroelectric Power Corporation of India (NHPC) and the Power Grid Corporation of India (PGCIL).
She holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce, and she is a qualified Cost Accountant and MBA.
