Krishna Kumar Singh recommended as Director (Personnel) of SAIL

New Delhi: Public Enterprises Selection Board (PESB) on Friday 1 April 2022, recommended Mr. Krishna Kumar Singh for the post of  Director (Personnel) of the Steel Authority of India (SAIL). Currently, he is serving as Executive Director (P&A) in the same company.

PESB interviewed three other applicants apart from him in the selection meeting including MR. MD Ehsan Shamsi, Chief General Manager, and Mr. Suresh Chandra Pandey, Chief General Manager from Steel Authority of India Ltd (SAIL)

Mr. Pawan Vaerma General Manager, SJVN Limited also interviewed in the selection meeting. 

Moreover, Mr. Singh can assume charge of the post, after the Appointments Committee of Cabinet (ACC) nod.

KK Singh is an Electrical Engineering graduate from Banaras Hindu University and Post Graduated with Diploma in Human Resource Management from Indira Gandhi Open University.

Prior to this in 2018 he was promoted as Executive Director (Personnel and Administration) of Bhilai Steel Plant.
