PFC Consulting Ltd subsidiaries transferred to PGCIL as successful bidder
Further, the process for the sale and transfer of the said SPVs to the successful bidder(s) is completed on 22.08.2024. The consideration of transfer falls under the guidelines of the Ministry of Power.
The Board of Power Finance Corporation has approved the transfer of Sirohi Transmission Limited and Beawar-Mandsaur Transmission Limited (wholly owned subsidiaries of PFC Consulting Limited) (a wholly owned subsidiary of Power Finance Corporation Limited).
This is to inform that the following two wholly owned subsidiaries of PFC Consulting Limited (a wholly owned subsidiary of Power Finance Limited) have been transferred to Power Grid Corporation of India Limited, the successful bidder on 22nd August 2024, the company said in a filing.
