Power Grid appoints Satyaprakash Dash as CS and Compliance Officer
The Terms and conditions of appointment shall be as per Service Rules of POWERGRID.
The Board of Directors of the Power Grid Corporation in its meeting held on 19.04.2024 had accorded its approval for the appointment of Shri Satyaprakash Dash, General Manager - Co. Sectt., as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer with effect from 1st May 2024. Shri Satyaprakash Dash has assumed the charge of the post of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer from today i.e. 01.05.2024.

Shri Satyaprakash Dash (aged 51 years) is a Science graduate and associate Member of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICMAI) and the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). He also possesses a Master’s degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Finance and a Bachelor's degree in Law.

He joined Power Grid Corporation of India Limited in 2002. He has varied experience in key finance functions viz. Books & Budgeting, Financial Reporting, ERP implementation & Development, and Company Secretarial & Compliance functions.
