New Delhi: Bharat Petroleum Corporation announced the appointment of Raj Kumar Dubey as the Director (HR) of Bharat Petroleum. Shri Dubey brings a wealth of experience in business and human capital development, having worked in the industry for over 34 years.

Shri Raj Kumar Dubey has a rich combination of Business and Human Capital Development experience in his 34 years of professional stint.

During his illustrious career of over 3 decades, he has implemented several strategic organizational development initiatives and changed management processes impacting more than 400 locations and 7500 people. He has worked closely with International Consultants in areas of Organization restructuring, Visioning and HR planning.

He has successfully led several leadership positions and concluded various critical and challenging assignments across various business verticals in IOC like Aviation, Operations, HR, and Retail in & across different regions.

He has revolutionized the Learning and Development domain of IOC with various initiatives such as setting up Assessment centres, e-learning, introduction of SAP HR Module, Leadership developmental programs for Leaders & Potential Leaders, Training need identification, Career Path Models, Reward systems and Nurturing ideas through Incubation Centre. in Mechanical Engineering and has also acquired Masters of Business Administration from International Centre for Promotion of Enterprises, Ljubljana, Slovenia.
