REC Limited signed Rs 2.01 Cr agreement Under CSR

REC Limited, a Maharatna CPSE under the Ministry of Power and a leading NBFC, has signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) with the District Health Society (DHS) Raipur under its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative. REC has committed financial assistance of Rs 2.01 crore for the procurement of health equipment for three Community Health Centers (CHC) and the District Hospital of Raipur District, Chhattisgarh.

The agreement was signed on 9th January 2025 between Dr. Mithilesh Choudhary, Chief Medical & Health Officer, Raipur, and Shri. Pradeep Fellows, Executive Director CSR, REC Limited.

This intervention aims to improve the quality and accessibility of healthcare services, particularly for underserved and vulnerable populations, ensuring better patient outcomes, faster diagnoses, and timely treatment.
