SAIL, Rourkela Steel Plant ramps up production and augments supply of Liquid Medical Oxygen
RSP has supplied in excess of 915 tonnes of LMO to different destinations across the country.
Rourkela: SAIL, Rourkela Steel Plant (RSP), reaffirming its unwavering commitment to stand by the nation in the battle against the pandemic, has been relentlessly supplying Medical Grade Liquid Oxygen (LMO) to different parts of the country.
The Steel Plant under the directive and guidance of Mr. Dharmendra Pradhan, Hon’ble Minister for Petroleum and Natural Gas & Steel, Government of India, has ramped up production and augmented supply of the life-saving gas since the onset of the pandemic.
In the first three days of May 2021, RSP has supplied in excess of 915 tonnes of LMO to different destinations across the country. Every care is taken for the safe and smooth loading as well as the dispatch of the tankers. It is worth mentioning here that Since April 2021, more than 3792 Tons of LMO have been supplied from RSP to various states of the country.
