Kolkata: Shri. P.V.K.R.Mallikarjuna Rao assumed charge as Director -Personnel, Bharat Coking Coal Limited. He joined CIL as a Welfare Officer in 1987 at WCL & worked at various CIL companies in various capacities.He was GM-Personnel at CILHq before joining as Director - Personnel at BCCL.
