SJVN CMD Geeta Kapur Inaugurates Construction Works at Sunni Dam Project in Himachal Pradesh
SJVN Chairman and Managing Director visited the under construction 382 MW Sunni Dam and 210 MW Luhri Stage-1 Hydro Electric Projects.
New Delhi: Smt. Geeta Kapur, Chairman & Managing Director, SJVN Limited today visited under construction 382 MW Sunni Dam and 210 MW Luhri Stage-1 Hydro Electric Projects.
At Sunni Dam Project, Smt. Geeta Kapur inaugurated the commencement of civil works from Adit to Power House Crown with a ceremonial blast on right bank of Satluj river in Marola, Distt Mandi (HP).

At Luhri Stage-1 Project, Smt. Geeta Kapur monitored progress of major components and held a detailed review meeting with the teams working at the project sites.

Kapur urged project officials, contractors and workers deployed by the contractors at sites to expedite their efforts to ensure timely completion of projects. Sh. Rajeev Kumar Aggarwal, Head of Project (SDHEP), Sh. Vikas Marwah, Head of Project (Rampur HPS), Sh. Sunil Chaudhary, Head of Project (LHEP-1) and project officials were also present during the visit.
