SJVN subsidiary inks MoU with PTC India
New Delhi: A Memorandum of Understanding has been signed between SJVN's wholly owned subsidiary, SJVN Arun-3 Power Development Company Pvt. Ltd. (SAPDC), and PTC India Limited for the sale of power to be generated from 900 MW Arun-3 Hydro Electric Project and 669 MW Lower Arun Hydro Electric Project.
The MoU was signed In the august presence of Sh. Nand Lal Sharma, Chairman & Managing Director, SJVN Limited & Sh. Rajib Kumar Mishra, Chairman & Managing Director, PTC India Ltd.
SAPDC, a wholly owned subsidiary of SJVN is executing both projects in Nepal.
On this occasion, Sh A. K Singh, Director(Finance), SJVN and other senior officials of SJVN and PTC were present and the MOU was signed by Sh. Jitendra Yadav, Chief Financial Officer, SAPDC and Sh. Bikram Singh, Executive Vice President, PTC India.
