Suresh Kishinchand Khatanhar Steps Down as Deputy MD from IDBI Board
In accordance with the disclosure made by the bank on December 28, 2022, it has been officially announced that Shri Suresh Kishinchand Khatanhar has ceased his role as the Deputy Managing Director (DMD) on the Board of the Bank from January 14, 2024. This change marks the completion of his term, which was approved by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI).

IDBI mentioned in BSE filing, "The bank kindly requests all concerned parties to acknowledge and record this information in compliance with the provisions of Regulations 30 & 51 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015."
