Swapnendu Kumar Panda, HOP North Karanpura inaugurates IRSM Badminton of ER-II

NTPC North Karanpura is hosting the IRSM ER - II Badminton Tournament, which was inaugurated by Sh. Swapnendu Kumar Panda, HOP North Karanpura. The event will witness spirited competition with five prominent teams from the region, namely Bongaigaon, Darlipalli, Talcher Thermal, and Talcher Kaniha apart from host North KARANPURA from Assam & Odisha. 

The inauguration ceremony was graced by esteemed dignitaries including Sh. V. S Dubey, GM(Projects); Sh. Ravindra Sharma, GM (FM); Sh. Anil Kumar Chawla( AGM HR); Sh. Rajeev Verma, AGM(IT); Sh. AK Agarwal, AGM(TAD);Senior Officials from Sport Council, NEANK , EWA among others.

The event commenced with a traditional welcome for the participating teams followed by the arrival of the chief guest. The ambiance resonated with the melodious "NTPC Geet '' and the felicitation of players for their commendable sportsmanship.  Sh. Panda delivered an enlightening address, setting the tone for the tournament. The ceremony reached its pinnacle with the unveiling of the event's mascot and the coveted IRSM Trophy. 

The program promises thrilling matches ahead, fostering camaraderie and excellence in Badminton.
