New Delhi: WAPCOS Limited a “MINI RATNA-I” Public Sector Enterprise invited the application for the post of Director (Commercial and HRD) for the eligible candidates.

JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES ARE:
Director (Commercial & HRD) is a member of Board of Directors and reports to Chairman and Managing Director. He/She is responsible for the entire commercial operations of the company. He/She will have to carry out contract negotiations, make technical presentations and develop client relationship. He/She is also overall in-charge of coordinating and implementing personnel and industrial relations policies, management functions, administrative control etc. in the organization.

AGE:
For the internals -The minimum age is 40 years while the maximum is 2 years residual service as on the date of vacancy w.r.t. the date of superannuation.

For others- The minimum age is 40 years and maximum is 3 years residual service as on the date of vacancy w.r.t. the date of superannuation.

QUALIFICATION:
The applicant should be an Engineering Graduate/ Graduate with MBA/ PGDM in Marketing with good academic records from recognized University/ Institution.

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE FOR THE POST:
The applicant should possess cumulative experience/ exposure of at least 5 years during the last 10 years in marketing/ Business Development/ Sales Forecasting planning. Experience in HR/Personnel Management/ Water Resources/ Infrastructure sector would be an added advantage
