WCL's HR Development Department achieved target, now looking forward to new records
In order to update the knowledge of the officers regarding their field of work and related faculty, skill updation programs are organized by the Management Development Institute for officers of all cadres.
New Delhi: The Human Resource Development Department, WCL is moving towards progressive progress. This department has not only achieved the target for the year 2023-24 but has also established the department at a new height of fame by conducting many new trainings like Interview Skills, Strategic Management, Ethics and Values, Gender Budgeting etc.
This department, which mainly carries out training work, has achieved many achievements this year, which proves that if you not only execute the work but also have the attitude to carry out the work with excellence, then success automatically comes to you.

Keeping in view the shortage of mining chiefs and electrical supervisors, the present working personnel are being motivated to appear in the selection examination by giving them special training.
In order to update the knowledge of the officers regarding their field of work and related faculty, skill updation programs are organized by the Management Development Institute for officers of all cadres. This year, under the skill development program, about 1025 youth have been provided training for various professions and most of these youth have also got employment.

Apart from this, about 92 officers were trained by the Human Resource Development Department by signing MoUs with reputed management institutes based in Nagpur like the Institute of Management Technology and the Indian Institute of Management. The department is ready to set new records through these excellent activities.
