n December 2014, Shri Uthayaraja joined Balmer Lawrie & Co. Ltd., a Miniratna-I Public Sector Enterprise under the Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas, Government of India. He initially spearheaded the Industrial Packaging and Chemicals businesses as Executive Director. His leadership and strategic vision were instrumental in driving the growth and success of these divisions.
On July 14, 2022, Shri Uthayaraja was appointed as the Director (Manufacturing Businesses) at Balmer Lawrie. In this role, he oversees the company’s manufacturing operations, including Industrial Packaging, Greases & Lubricants, Chemicals, and Refinery and Oil Field Services. His extensive experience and technical expertise have been crucial in enhancing the operational efficiency and productivity of these business units.
