Shri Anuj Kumar was nominated Director of CONCOR in its various Joint Ventures Companies namely CMA-CGM Inland Port Pvt. Ltd., Gateway Terminal India Pvt. Ltd., Angul Sukhinda Railways Limited and HALCON. Majority of these JVs were with multinational companies, which provided multi-dimensional global working perspective and provided sustainable, strategic and effective result oriented decision making at the Board Level. He has vast Experience of over 28 years of working in Finance & Accounts function in various Central Public Sector Enterprises and extensive experience across various business segments of the Company. He has managed the functioning of the Company in the areas of Project Finance, Corporate Finance, Taxation, Treasury, Corporate Accounts, Capital Budgeting, Integration of Finance function with Commercial function and Business Advisory etc. He has played a major role towards digitalization and computerization initiatives taken by the Company. He has also been actively involved in investors’ relation and interaction with analyst’s fraternity
