Shri Vikram Saxena holds a B. Tech. (Mechanical Engineering) from Dibrugarh University and an MBA (HR) from IGNOU, Delhi, India. Shri Saxena has completed the Senior Management Program Course at MDI Gurgaon, Energy Delta Institute (Netherlands), University of Antwerp (Belgium), IFP Training School (Paris), and Frankfurt School of Finance & Management (Germany).
He is certified as both an energy auditor and an energy manager from the Bureau of Energy Efficiency. Shri Saxena brings over 35 years of experience in Exploration & Production (E&P) operations across both onshore and offshore domains.
Before assuming his current role, he held several key leadership positions in ONGC, demonstrating a profound understanding of operations, regulatory frameworks, health, safety & environment, and policy matters.
