BEL Invites Open Tender for Supply of EOT Cranes for Palasamudram Project

Bengaluru: Navratna defence PSU Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL) has invited an open tender for the supply of 5-ton and 20-ton Double Girder Electric Overhead Travelling (EOT) Cranes for its Palasamudram Project in Andhra Pradesh.
The tender has been issued through the e-Procurement System for PSUs under the Ministry of Defence (MoD) and pertains to the supply of goods under a single-stage bidding process. The contract will cover the manufacture, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of the EOT cranes as per detailed technical specifications provided in the tender documents.
The tender was published on December 15, 2025, with bids scheduled to be opened on December 27, 2025. Interested bidders can submit their bids online until December 26, 2025. A pre-bid meeting will be held via video conference on December 18, 2025, with joining details to be shared separately by BEL.
