CONCOR Invites E-Tender to Set Up Warehouse at Vadodara Terminal
CONCOR invites e-tenders to select a warehouse logistics partner for a state-of-the-art facility at Chhani, Vadodara on BOOST basis. Submission open till Dec 17, 2025.
New Delhi: Container Corporation of India Ltd. (CONCOR) has issued an open e-tender (PCCORP-DL-MISI(MISC)/5/2025-CO) for selecting a Warehouse Logistics Partner to establish a state-of-the-art warehouse at its Chhani terminal in Vadodara, Gujarat on a Build-Own-Operate-Share-Transfer (BOOST) basis.
The project carries a contract period of 45 years, with an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹10 lakh. The tender was released online on 26 November 2025, with submissions accepted until 17 December 2025 (up to 17:00 hrs).
A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 05 December 2025 at 15:00 hrs at CONCOR’s Okhla office, New Delhi, with an online participation option. Technical bids will open on 18 December 2025 at 15:30 hrs. The tender fee is ₹1,000 (inclusive of taxes).
