DRDO awards major order of Development of Ground Segment Hub to Avantel Ltd
New Delhi: Hyderabad-based Avantel Ltd has informed that the Company has received a contract dated August 29, 2026, from the Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO), Ministry of Defence, Government of India, for the Development, Installation & Commission of Ground Segment Hub for voice & data Communication.
The total value of the said contract is Rs. 117.88 Crores (Rupees One Hundred Seventeen Crores Eighty Eight lakhs Only), inclusive of applicable taxes.
The project has a Warranty Period of 36 Months. The nature of the order is of Development of Ground Segment Hub
The Time period by which the order is to be executed is February 2029.
