ECL organised two day training program

New Delhi: A comprehensive two-day training program was successfully organised for the Assistant Managers of ECL from 10th to 11th August 2023, at Dishergarh Club.
The Assistant Managers across different disciplines of ECL attended the said training program. Smt Ahuti Swain, Director(P), ECL, graced the occasion with her presence. She interacted with the attendees and motivated them to actively participate and grasp the maximum knowledge.
Shri S K Sinha, HOD HRD, and Shri Manish Mishra, TS to D(P) ECL were also present on the occasion.
Smt Tamoshi Roy Chowdhury, in-charge of Pension Department, ECL HQ; Shri Annirudh Saha, Manager (P)/Nodal Officer HCM module; Shri Avishek Bhattacharjee, Manager (P), DP Sectt., ECL HQ and Smt Sumedha Rashmi, Dy Manager (P/Pension), ECL HQ; deliberated on topics like Posh Act, ERP HCM Module, HR Analytics and PF/Pension matters respectively.
The programme was organised by HRD dept of ECL and co-ordinated by Smt. Bhawini Tripathi Manager(P), HRD, ECL HQ.
