GAIL (India) Limited held its 41st Annual General Meeting ( AGM) on 29th August 2025 at its Corporate Office, New Delhi , in the presence of its Board of Directors. The AGM was addressed by Shri Rakesh Kumar Jain, Director ( Finance), who was officiating as CMD GAIL.
New Delhi: GAIL (India) Limited held its 41st Annual General Meeting ( AGM) on 29th August 2025 at its Corporate Office, New Delhi , in the presence of its Board of Directors. The AGM was addressed by Shri Rakesh Kumar Jain, Director ( Finance), who was officiating as CMD GAIL.
The AGM was attended by GAIL’s Board of Directors namely Shri Deepak Gupta, Director ( Projects) , Shri Ayush Gupta, Director (HR), Shri Sanjay Kumar, Director ( Marketing ), Shri Rajeev Kumar Singhal , Director (Business Development), Shri Akhilesh Jain, Independent Director, Shri Sanjay Kashyap, Independent Director, Smt. Kangabam Inaocha Devi, Independent Director, and Shri Yajurvendra Anil Mahajan, Independent Director.
