GAIL Training Institute organises 17th Knowledge and Experience Sharing Seminar
GTI organizes the Knowledge and Experience Sharing Seminar every year to capture innovative ideas of individuals pertaining to various business verticals and functions of the organization.

New Delhi: GAIL Training Institute (GTI) is organizing the 17th Knowledge and Experience Sharing Seminar during 20th to 21st February, 2025. The program was inaugurated on 20th February 2025 by Shri Sandeep Kumar Gupta, Chairman and Managing Director, GAIL in the august presence of Shri Deepak Gupta, Director (Projects), Shri Ayush Gupta, Director (HR), other senior executives of GAIL, Seminar Jury members, Delegates and invited guests. CMD declared the Seminar Open by unveiling the Best Trophy of the Seminar and appreciated the efforts made by GAIL Training Institute in knowledge dissemination for the sectoral development at large by imparting training to executives of other organizations as well including PSUs and JVs such as IOCL, BPCL, MGL, IGL, MNGL, BGL, PLL and IGGL Guwahati etc.
Director (HR) in his key note address appreciated that GTI is keeping pace with the traditions and latest growth trends in Learning and Development domain especially with respect to changing pedagogy and the modalities of learning.

GTI organizes the Knowledge and Experience Sharing Seminar every year to capture innovative ideas of individuals pertaining to various business verticals and functions of the organization. These seminars provide a platform for the exchange of great ideas & contemporary views thereby assessing the changes taking place in the global business domain and GTI has a pivotal role to play in the developmental journey of GAIL. GTI is continuing as the torchbearer in learning and development in the oil and gas sector.
A total of 150 papers have been received under five categories which are
1. Corporate Functions
2. New Business Areas/Avenues
3. Pipelines and CGD operations
4. GPU/LPG and LNG plants
5. Petrochemical Plants
For the two day seminar, 20 papers have been shortlisted (4 papers in each category).
One Winner and two runner-ups will be selected in each category on the basis of jury’s judgement after the presentation, one Paper will be awarded as Best Paper of the Seminar.
