Defence stock, Avantel Limited has been awarded a purchase order by Goa Shipyard Limited for Rs 11.36 Crores (including taxes). Avantel Ltd emphasizes the ongoing contribution to India's defence technology field and the contract includes for the provision of Satcom Systems under a local manufacturing arrangement. The execution of the order is planned for February 2026 to March 2027.
