Bengaluru: Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) has informed the stock exchanges about a change in its Directorate under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

Dr. D K Sunil has ceased to be the Chairman & Managing Director of the company upon attaining superannuation on 30 April 2026. He held the position of CMD from 9 September 2024 to 30 April 2026. Prior to this, he also served under additional charge as Chairman & Managing Director from 1 September 2024 to 8 September 2024.
