HSL’s in-house Design and R&D unit uses advanced 3D modelling and modular construction techniques. The shipyard is also implementing SAP S4 HANA ERP integrated with modern design software, enabling faster, smarter and more efficient production.
Strong Order Book and Financial Growth
HSL’s current projects include major defence contracts worth Rs 19000 crore for the Indian Navy along with submarine refit work of Rs 932 crore.
In FY 2023-24, HSL achieved its highest ever production value of Rs 1412.91 crore and posted a profit of Rs 118.82 crore, marking a strong turnaround and growth phase.
Green Energy and Social Commitment
HSL operates Andhra Pradesh’s largest single-location rooftop solar plant with 3 MW capacity, saving around Rs 1 crore annually in energy costs. The company also runs multiple CSR initiatives supporting education and local community development.
