HPCL 74th AGM on 26 Aug 2026; Key Board Appointments & Final Dividend Approved
Mumbai, August 26, 2026: Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL) held its 74th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on August 26 through Video Conferencing (VC)/Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM).
The meeting was chaired by Shri Vikas Kaushal, Chairman & Managing Director. The AGM concluded at 1:40 PM after shareholders discussed the company’s financial performance and other key business matters.

Final Dividend: ₹19.25 per equity share for FY2025-26, along with confirmation of the interim dividend.

24 Shareholders Raised Questions
A total of 24 registered speakers participated in the AGM and raised questions. The queries were addressed by the Chairman.
The Chairman’s address covered HPCL’s financial and physical performance, oil-sector outlook, projects, overseas operations, R&D, sustainability, CSR, risk management, corporate governance and future plans.
E-Voting & AGM Outcome
Members who had not voted earlier were given an opportunity to vote during the AGM. The e-voting facility remained open for 15 minutes after the meeting.
The combined voting results, along with the Scrutinizer’s report, will be submitted to BSE and NSE within the prescribed timeline and hosted on HPCL’s website.
