MIDHANI Training & Development Department Valedictory ceremony of Parivartan (Mid Career Training Programme) Batch –III
The participants were trained by various internal and external faculties and also subject matter experts on various topics related to self-development, team development and organizational development.
New Delhi: Training & Development Department in coordination with our vigilance dept Upon successful completion of Mid-Career Training Programme , Batch-I & II, with the cross-functional team across the organization for middle-level management executives from 13 Sep to 25 Sep 2021 The training programme is inaugurated with a theme ‘’PARIVARTAN” with the overall training objective Strategy, Teamwork, Leadership, Collaboration on Monday 13 Sep 2021 with the training module for Two weeks of classroom sessions which includes 2 days on preventive vigilance module and one day on village exposure and one day out bund training as a field trip as a part of course to all the participants.
The participants were trained by various internal and external faculties and also subject matter experts on various topics related to self-development, team development and organizational development.
As a closing ceremony of the mid-career -training programme, the valedictory ceremony was conducted on 25 Sep 2021 from 11:30 hrs at MIDHANI Training & Development Department Centre of Excellence building and the Chief guest of the function was Dr. Sanjay Kumar Jha- C&MD, Dr. Upender Vennam , IPoS, CVO, Shri Supartha Sen, General Manager(vigilance) and other senior employees graced the occasion and complimented the team under the guidance of Shri S. Narsinga Rao- AGM (Admin) and training convenor and Shri P.Sunil Kumar, Dy.Manager(HR) Training Department and his entire team for the meticulous planning, organizing, conducting, and successfully completing the mid-career training programme .
All the participants expressed their views, thoughts, feedback on the entire programme , thanking the management for taking such a wonderful initiation on this well organized systematic training programme and all the participants were honoured with a certificate of participation.
