MOIL to declare an interim dividend for FY25
New Delhi: As per Regulation 42 of the Securities & Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, it is hereby notified that the record date for taking record of the Members of the Company for payment of interim dividend for the financial year 2024-25 has been determined.
The Board of Directors will convene on Tuesday, 11th February 2025, to deliberate and declare the interim dividend. Subject to this declaration, the following record date has been set:
