MRPL Announces Key Senior Management Change; Appoints New Executive Director (Projects)
New Delhi: Mangalore Refinery and Petrochemicals Limited has announced a significant change in its senior management, in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
The disclosure was submitted to the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and the National Stock Exchange of India (NSE) on 01 June 2026.
Senior Management Update
The company informed the exchanges regarding the following changes in its senior leadership:

Cessation: Shri BHV Prasad, Executive Director (Projects), ceased to hold office on account of superannuation effective 01 June 2026.

Appointment: Shri Pattathil Sujith has been appointed as the new Executive Director (Projects) effective 01 June 2026.
Profile of New Executive Director (Projects)
Pattathil Sujith is a Mechanical Engineer with over three decades of experience in the petroleum refining sector.
He has been associated with MRPL since 1993 and has worked across key functions including Maintenance, Reliability, Engineering & Inspection, Projects, and Corporate Strategy.
During his tenure, he has contributed significantly to:

Commissioning of refinery Phase I, II, and III units

Establishment of Asset Integrity Management System for Phase III complex
