This Navratna PSU to consider proposal for issue of bonus shares on May 22
New Delhi: Navratna Indian public sector undertaking Container Corporation of India today states that in continuation of letter of even no. dated 24.04.2025 and as per Listing Regulations, informed that the Board of Directors of CONCOR in its meeting scheduled for Thursday, 22nd May, 2025 will also inter-alia consider the proposal for issue of bonus shares, if any, to the shareholders, which will be subject to
requisite approvals.
