NBCC bags contracts worth Rs 450 crore in Chhattisgarh, Kerala

State-owned NBCC has bagged contracts worth Rs 450 crore in Chhattisgarh and Kerala.

In a regulatory filing, NBCC informed that it has received Rs 450 worth of contracts from the Court Receiver of the Supreme Court of India. Also, NBCC has a Rs 250 crore contract in Amrapali Vananchal City, Bhilai District, Chhattisgarh. It got Rs 150 crore worth of contracts in Amrapali Cosmos, Aluva, Ernakulam District, Kerala.

According to the Supreme Court's directive, the Amrapali Stalled Projects Investments Reconstruction Establishment (ASPIRE) was established to complete the pending projects of Amrapali through NBCC (India) Ltd, a state-owned firm. The NBCC was given the responsibility to finish 38,000 flats and deliver them to homebuyers.
