NTPC Announces Retirement of Three Executive Directors Effective June 30, 2026
New Delhi, June 30, 2026: India's largest power producer, NTPC Limited, has announced senior management changes following the retirement of three Executive Directors upon attaining the age of superannuation on June 30, 2026.
According to a regulatory filing, the following executives have ceased to be part of the company's senior management:

Sanjay Kumar Sinha – Executive Director

Jagadish Chandra Sastry Bhamidipati – Executive Director

Jayadev Parida – Executive Director
The company clarified that the departures are part of the normal retirement process and are not linked to resignation or any other circumstances.

The disclosure was made under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
