NTPC Dulanga organised Workshop on POSH Act 2013

NEW DELHI- Training program on Gender Sensitization and Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) at Work Place On 27.04.2023, was organized at NTPC Dulanga.

The training session was conducted in two parts. The first part covered wide-ranging gender-related issues while the second part focused on the nitty-gritty related to POSH Act 2013.

Sexual harassment policies, prevention systems, and service rules for a company for its employees were included in the session. 

The faculty also emphasized the developments leading to the formulation of Vishakha guidelines as well as the role of the Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) in addressing sexual harassment complaints at the workplace.

The training session was made interactive with a lot of activities, for a better understanding by the participants. The training was attended by 100 employees from the Coal Mining Region.
