NTPC invites bids for three thermal power stations
NTPC has invited on-line bids for Main Plant Package on Bulk Tender basis for its Lara Super Thermal Power Project Stage-III (2x800 MW), DVC-CIL Chandrapura Thermal Power Station (2 X 800 MW) on behalf of DVC - CIL Energy Private Limited and IB Thermal Power Station Stage-III (2X660 MW)
New Delhi: State-owned NTPC has invited on-line bids for Main Plant Package on Bulk Tender basis for its Lara Super Thermal Power Project Stage-III (2x800 MW), DVC-CIL Chandrapura Thermal Power Station (2 X 800 MW) on behalf of DVC - CIL Energy Private Limited and IB Thermal Power Station Stage-III (2X660 MW) on behalf of Odisha Power Generation Corporation Limited (OPGC) on GePNIC portal of NTPC at website- https://eprocurentpc.nic.in/ on Single Stage Two Envelope Basis (i.e., Envelope-I: Techno-Commercial Bid and Envelope-II: Price Bid) from eligible Bidders.
NTPC intends to finance the Main Plant Package of Lara Super Thermal Power Project Stage-III (2x800 MW) through a mix of debt and equity.
DVC - CIL Energy Private Limited intends to finance the Main Plant Package of DVC-CIL Chandrapura Thermal Power Station (2 X 800 MW) through 50:50 mode between DVC and CIL (Debt: Equity - 70:30).
Odisha Power Generation Corporation Limited (OPGC) intends to finance the Main Plant Package of IB Thermal Power Station Stage-III (Unit 5&6, 2X660 MW) through External Commercial Borrowings/Domestic Borrowings/Own Resources.
All bids must be accompanied by Bid Security for an amount of Rs 100,00,00,000/- (Indian Rupees One Hundred Crore only) or US Dollars 11,193,200 (US Dollars Eleven Million One Hundred Ninety-Three Thousand Two Hundred Only) for each project {i.e. Lara Super Thermal Power Project Stage-III (2x800 MW), DVC-CIL Chandrapura Thermal Power Station (2 X 800 MW) and IB Thermal Power Station StageIII (2X660 MW) } separately in the form as stipulated in the Bidding Documents.
The last date for the submission of bid is 30.11.2024.
