ONGC Announces Superannuation of Three Executive Directors
NEW DELHI: Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Limited (ONGC), India’s flagship oil and gas company, has announced changes in its senior management effective January 1, 2026.
The following Executive Directors have superannuated from the services of the company:

Shri Gopal Joshi, Executive Director

Shri Brijesh Chandra Goel, Executive Director
This change pertains to the one level below the Board of Directors positions. The company has informed the National Stock Exchange (Symbol: ONGC) and BSE (Equity Code: 500312, NCD Code: 959881) in compliance with Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.
