Power Finance Corporation Limited Transfers Saswad Transmission Limited to MSETCL for ₹3.79 Crore
New Delhi: Power Finance Corporation Limited (PFC) has announced the transfer of Saswad Transmission Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of PFC Consulting Limited, to Maharashtra State Electricity Transmission Company Limited.
The transaction was completed on February 26, 2026, following the selection of Maharashtra State Electricity Transmission Company Limited (MSETCL) as the successful bidder.
Project Background
Saswad Transmission Limited was incorporated for the development of the project titled:
“Establishment of 400/220 kV AIS Substation at Saswad in District Pune, Maharashtra.”
