POWERGRID Promotes 12 Senior Officials as Executive Directors
New Delhi: State-owned power transmission major Power Grid Corporation of India Limited (POWERGRID) has approved the promotion and appointment of 12 senior-level officials as Executive Directors (EDs), strengthening its leadership team across key functional and project verticals.
The decision was taken by the Board of Directors at its meeting held on January 25, 2026, in accordance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the company informed stock exchanges.
The Board meeting commenced at 6:35 PM and concluded at 6:50 PM.
Senior Management Appointments Effective January 25
The officials have been promoted to the level of Executive Director (Senior Management Personnel – one level below the Board) with effect from January 25, 2026, with terms and conditions governed by POWERGRID’s service rules.
