RVNL Wins ₹903 Cr Order from SJVN for Buxar Thermal Siding
New Delhi: Rail Vikas Nigam Limited has secured a major infrastructure order linked to one of SJVN’s key thermal projects.
The company has received a Letter of Award from SJVN Thermal Private Limited (a wholly owned subsidiary of SJVN Limited) for the construction of a permanent railway siding along with an aerial track connection from the plant boundary to Chausa and Pawani Kamarpur at Buxar in Bihar.
The work forms Phase-III of the infrastructure support for the 1,320 MW Buxar Thermal Power Project (BTPP).

• Value: ₹903.01 crore (including GST)
• Scope: Permanent siding + aerial track connection

• Completion period: 36 months
• Nature: Domestic order in the normal course of business
RVNL confirmed that the promoter or promoter group has no interest in the awarding entity and that the transaction does not fall under related-party transactions.
The disclosure was made to the stock exchanges under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations.
