New Delhi: The Shipping Corporation of India Ltd. (SCI) invites Tenders from Indian shipyards for construction and delivery of 2 + 2 nos. Optional New-building dual fuel ready MR Tankers (Product Carriers).
The Qualification of shipyards will be based on a “Shipyard Qualification Template” which is to be submitted by the shipyards (as per the format prescribed at Enclosure - I) along with their tender bid, in order to assess the infrastructure availability and capability of the shipyards to execute the shipbuilding contract.
A virtual pre-bid meeting will be held on 29.12.2025 at 1500 hrs. The pre-bid meeting link will be shared in due course.
The Stage – I/A Offer (Technical Offer – ENVELOPES – I & II) should reach SCI latest by 12.01.2026, 1700 hours IST which is the last prescribed date and time for receipt of Stage –I/A Offer. The Technical Offers would be opened on 13.01.2026 at 1500 hrs.
The Commercial Offer (Stage II -Offer) shall remain valid for a period of 90 days from the date of opening of the Commercial Offer.
