New Delhi: South Eastern Coalfields Limited (SECL), Bishrampur Area, has issued an open tender for strengthening the concrete foundation of the TB-1 belt structure at Balrampur Mine 10/12 in the Kumda Sub Area. The work falls under civil construction and carries an estimated value of ₹9.05 lakh.
The tender, listed under reference GM/BSPR/Civil/e-tender/2025-26/38, was published on 8 December 2025. Bidders can submit proposals online until 18 December 2025, while the technical and financial bid opening is scheduled for 19 December 2025 at the SECL Bishrampur Area General Manager’s office.
The contract period is 60 days, with a bid validity of 120 days. Interested bidders must submit an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹11,400.
