New Delhi, June 21, 2025: SJVN Limited has announced the successful start of the Commercial Operation Date (COD) for 80.77 MW of its 1000 MW Bikaner Solar Power Project in Rajasthan. This represents a key milestone in the growth of the large-scale renewable energy project. Now the total cumulative commissioned capacity of the project is 400.77 MW.

The partial launch adds to India's expanding solar energy portfolio and highlights SJVN's effort to grow its green energy presence. The Bikaner Solar Power Project, once fully operational, is expected to be vital in meeting the area's energy needs and supporting national renewable energy goals.
