SJVN Green Energy Commissions 100.56 MW Capacity at Bikaner Solar Project
SJVN subsidiary SGEL commissions 100.56 MW capacity at its 1,000 MW Bikaner Solar Power Project, taking total commissioned capacity to 830.70 MW.

New Delhi: SJVN, a Navratna CPSE at the Federal and State levels in India, reported to the stock exchanges that they have achieved the Commercial Operation Date (COD) of 100 MW capacity for the total 1,000 MW Bikaner Solar Power Project via SJVN Green Energy Ltd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of SJVN, effective December 12th, 2020.
This milestone brings the total number of commissioned megawatts to approximately 830 and it is anticipated that all other megawatts will be commissioned in the near future. The aforementioned announcement was made pursuant to the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.
The Bikaner Solar Power Project represents a major achievement for SJVN and provides a substantial addition to India's renewable energy capacity.
