New Delhi: G R Infraprojects Limited has announced the exchanges that it has emerged as lowest bidder for a project “Construction of New Railway line from Km 124/400 to 165/380 in between Bahari and Gondawali stations including Earthwork, Minor bridges, Major Bridges, Important Bridges, Viaduct, ROB (RCC Box Type), RUB/LHS, Station building, Tunnels, Track work and

other miscellaneous works in connection with Sidhi- Singrauli new Rail link project in the State of Madhya Pradesh.”

The Company has emerged as L-1 bidder in Financial Bid Opening dated 11th February 2026 for the tender invited by West Central Railway, Jabalpur.

The Tender was issued for the Construction of New Railway line from Km 124/400 to 165/380 in between Bahari and Gondawali stations including Earthwork, Minor bridges, Major Bridges, Important Bridges, Viaduct, ROB (RCC Box Type), RUB/LHS, Station building, Tunnels, Track work and othermiscellaneous works in connection with Sidhi-Singrauli new Rail link project in the State of Madhya Pradesh.

The cost of the project is around Rs 1897.51 crores. The project is based on the Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) mode.

The time period by which the order will be executed is 900 days from Appointed date

Further, the company has informed the exchanges that the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company for all designated persons is already closed till 17th February 2026 for the declaration/announcement of the interim dividend of the Company.
