EMS Limited has received the Letter of Award (LOA) from the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) for operations at the Varshamedi Fee Plaza.

The disclosure was made to the stock exchanges on 9 September 2026 under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

Project Details

  • Location: Varshamedi Fee Plaza at Km 13+125 on NH-341 (from Bhimasar Junction of NH-41 to Anjar-Bhuj upto Airport Junction, Km 0.000 to Km 65.478) in the State of Gujarat

  • Nature of Work: Engagement as User Fee Collection Agency on competitive bidding basis, along with upkeep and maintenance of adjacent toilet blocks (including recouping consumable items)

  • Estimated Order Value: Approximately ₹2,838.88 lakhs (₹28.39 crore), excluding TCS

  • Duration: 1 year

  • Type: Domestic contract

The company had earlier informed the exchanges on 31 August 2026 about emerging as the highest bidder (H1) for the tender.

The contract does not involve any related party transaction, and the promoter/promoter group has no interest in the awarding entity.
